Q: Is Glass impenetrable?

A: No, glass is porous, hard water deposits, dirt, oxidation and contaminates can settle into the surface causing damage that is difficult and costly to remove.

 

Q: Does glass stain?

A: Yes, glass will brake down over time and will stain If not maintained

 

Q: Will rain ruin my window cleaning job?

A: No, Rain is 99% pure, if rain hits the glass and is left alone it will dry spot free. (As long as high winds don't blow dirt onto the wet glass)

 

Q: Is regular window cleaning required?

A: Yes, Regular window cleaning is recommended a minimum of once a year to prevent glass degradation and to maintain your windows

 

Q: Do I need to be home to get a quote?

A: No, once we have your information that you provide to us by filling out our contact us form or by phone, we will come out to look at the job from outside of the house and then email out the quote to you.

 

Q: How long does it take to get done?

A: Average is 2 to 4 hours, but every job is different based on the amount and type of windows. We can give you a very precise time frame once the quote is done.

 

Q: Do I need to be home during the window cleaning service?

A: No, but that is totally up to you and what your feel comfortable with. Your presence is welcomed but not necessary.

 

Q: Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my window cleaning before you arrive?

A: No, but if you don’t mind, we kindly ask that you move anything off the window sills or window area such as pictures, plants, nick-knacks, and breakables etc.

 

Q: Will there be anything to clean up or do afterward?

A: No, there is nothing for you to do. Everything will be cleaned up, any moved furniture will put back in place. It will look like we were never there other then absolutely crystal clear spotless windows.

 

Q: I have a home cleaning service, should they every wipe down the windows or frames after you clean them?

A: No, home cleaning services are not window cleaners they often smear and make a mess of them them when they try. Your windows will stay clean on the inside for a very long time if left alone.

 

Q: Are You Insured?

A: Yes, We carry all required insurances, General Liability and Workers Comp. That is put in place for you protection, as well as ours.

 

Q: Are you and any employees background checked.

A: Yes, everyone has had a federal background check. So you assured of who is in your home.
